The Imperial Pilsner is a Smokestack Series beer that was brewed collaboratively by Boulevard and Orval's brewmasters. Bourbon Apricot Shrimp
Here's the recipe for my Bourbon Apricot Shrimp that I made for dinner tonight. Put everything into a sauce pan and simmer for about 10 minutes. After the sauce cools pour it into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Prepare the shrimp in a pan with little butter or oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and then spoon sauce over the plated shrimp.
