Chicken Saltimbocca

Dinner tonight was Chicken Saltimbocca, chicken cutlets with chopped sage covered in prosciutto with a white wine and butter sauce.




The chicken cutlets are dusted in flour and a layer of chopped sage is placed between the chicken and the prosciutto.


It's pan fried prosciutto side down first.


After going through the oven the saltimbocca is covered in white wine and butter.


We had a Susanna Balboa Torrontes with the saltimbocca


A fried sage leave tops the saltimbocca cutlet.

This looks so delicious!
