Endlich Spargelzeit!
After being in Germany during asparagus season and having a couple Weiss Spargel dishes, we decided to try it ourselves. Here's how it turned out...

White asparagus is a big deal in Germany during the spring months. It seemed like every restaurant had a board out front with "Endlich Spargelzeit!" (Finally, Spargel time!) written on it.
Our spargel was boiled with salted water and a little lemon juice then wrapped in deli sliced turkey and topped with homemade hollandaise sauce and some fresh parsley.
