Lemon Pepper Chicken wrapped in Prosciutto

Just a single picture here, nothing fancy. This is a piece of lemon pepper chicken that was wrapped in a slice of left over prosciutto and placed on a bed of angel hair pasta that was tossed in olive oil and fresh pressed garlic. It wasn't half bad...

Stuffalo Crust Pizza Topped With Waffle Fries, Sausage, Olives, Pickles and More

Today we made a pizza with a crust stuffed with Buffalo chicken pieces. It was topped with spaghetti sauce, waffle fries, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, sausage, diced onions, tomatoes, olives and dill pickles.

Pizza Margherita


Lunch today was a Pizza Margherita. It's a pretty simple pizza with tomatoes, olive oil, mozzarella and basil. We added a few extra ingredients.

Chicken Saltimbocca


Dinner tonight was Chicken Saltimbocca, chicken cutlets with chopped sage covered in prosciutto with a white wine and butter sauce.
